Tides Edge is located on the peninsula of Eastern Shore on the island of Abaco in the Bahamas. It is only one and one-half miles from the center of the town of Marsh Harbour. This results in the privacy of an island with the convenience of the mainland, as well as being centrally located to Marsh Harbour, Man O'War Cay, Hopetown and other outlying cays.



The premises extend from shore to shore with the beach only a few steps from the front door on the Sea of Abaco to the north. The large boat dock is only a few steps away on the protected water of Sugar Loaf Channel to the south. The house has good elevation on rugged coral bedrock.





All areas have cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and each room also has a panoramic views of the water. Large decks surround the living room and bedrooms.



One bedroom has two twin beds with a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with shower stall. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each and share one bath with shower



The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, a microwave and is complete with all cooking utensils. The living and dining areas are comfortably furnished with natural rattan, a CD-stereo unit and Cable TV.



Municipal electricty and treated city water are furnished by direct lines from Marsh Harbour.
