Casuarina Point

Casuarina Point is a small residential neighbourhood with a gorgeous shallow water beach and large sandbank. There are several uninhabited islands just off shore. The South facing beach is fun for young and old as it is protected by islands and a reef offshore. On the inside is a quiet waterway with homes and vacant land, some of which is for sale. Strictly a bedroom community there are no commercial ventures. The community is serviced by the locale water and electric companies and has its’ own Fire House and volunteer fire department. This area is well known for bone fishing and great deep-sea fishing just offshore. Several of the beach homes are offered as vacation rentals. Beachfront and Canal homes and lots as well as interior parcels for sale.
