Scotland Cay

Scotland Cay is one of the smaller out cays. The island has it’s own private runway, owned by the property owners. Strictly a residential community, there are no commercial establishments. All supplies needed have to be taken by boat/ferry or flown in. Owners must use Immigration and Customs services offered at Marsh Harbour International Airport, Treasure Cay Airport or Spanish Cay Airport. Situated in the Abaco chain of islands where there is both access to deep sea fishing and all the protected water activities within the Sea of Abaco.
