Kyle Stevens is a licensed Bahamas Real Estate Agent and Abaco Native. Raised on Green Turtle Cay and graduated from Forest Heights Academy in Marsh Harbour. Kyle Stevens is a licensed Bahamas Real Estate Agent and Abaco Native. Raised on Green Turtle Cay and graduated from Forest Heights Academy in Marsh Harbour. Upon graduation he moved to the United States to pursue his educational goals at The University of Central Florida while there he received his Bachelors’ Degrees in Business and Finance. During this time Kyle also earned his Florida Real Estate License and worked for Keller Williams Realty.

After gaining experience as a Realtor in Florida’s very competitive real estate market Kyle decided he would move back to Green Turtle Cay and apply all his skills and education acquired abroad to serve his clients back on his home island of Green Turtle Cay.
