Lubbers Quarters Cay

Located Between Tilloo Cay and the Mainland of Abaco, this small island is sparsely populated. Lubbers Quarters is serviced by the local power company. Lubbers Landing is a popular restaurant located on the island. Many boaters or residents from other islands come by boat for their excellent food and drinks. There is not a scheduled stop by the ferry service to Lubbers. However, you can charter the ferry should the need arise. The island is populated with both locals and second homeowners. Waterfront and Interior homes and vacant land is available for purchase.
